BBQ Volunteers Required

Can you help us out at our Election BBQ?

It’s on the 21st May between 7.00 am and 1.00 pm. We’re asking volunteers to commit to 2 hours at a time. Parents and boys can volunteer

We are also hoping to run a cake stall, but that will depend on the number of volunteers we are able to get. If you can donate individually packaged treats please also complete the form below.

BBQ/Cake Stall

7.00am - 9.00am - NOW FULL

9.00am - 11.00am - NOW FULL

11.00am - 1.00pm - NOW FULL

1.00pm onwards - pack up and sell leftovers (if required) - NOW FULL

Cake Stall

If you can donate individually packaged treats for the cake stall. We will confirm closer if the cake stall is definitely going ahead.

Donations for the cake stall can be dropped off on Saturday morning from 7.00 am at the hall (preferred) or taken to the canteen on Friday (you will need to sign in at the office first).
