Save The Date - Bally Music Showcase Extravaganza
The Music Department is stoked to present our Music Showcase Extravaganza for 2023!
We will have two massive evenings of Music - our Senior Showcase, which will see our Year 12 and Year 11 students perform, will be on Wednesday 16th August. Our Full School Showcase, including our Band Program and elective Music students will be on Thursday 17th August.

Junior State Music Camp
Applications for State Music Camp are now open. Junior State Music Camp (Years 5 to 8) will be running from 16 July to 21 July (Term 3 Week 1)
The Music Department is more than happy to endorse the applications of Bally students - the camp is a very valuable musical experience for students of all ages and the feedback from those who have attended is always positive.

Senior State Music Camp
Applications for State Music Camp are now open. Senior State Music Camp (Years 8 to 12) will be running from 25 June to 30 June (Term 2 Week 10)

NSSWE Spring Music Festival
Senior Concert Band and Junior Concert Band will perform as part of the NSSWE Spring Music Festival at Chatswood in the 11am concert.

Select students from Years 8 - 12 who have successfully gained a place at Senior State Music Camp will be at Sydney Academy of Sport, Narrabeen.
Bally/Mackellar Jazz Night
Balgowlah Boys and Mackellar Girls are collaborating for the second Bally/Mackellar Jazz Night!
After a hugely successful performance night at Mackellar last year, we have been invited to return. All students in the Improvisation Ensembles, Jazz Orchestra and Stage Band will be performing.
