The Bally Boys Canteen, run by the P&C, offers a great range of healthy and tasty food and snack options for the boys. You can pay for items with cash, debit card, Flexischools or with a Student Card which you can top up via Flexischools.
Canteen Volunteers 2024
Our school canteen is run by a Canteen Manager and a whole team of canteen volunteers who do a fantastic job of keeping the canteen operating smoothly.
The canteen volunteers make a much-valued contribution to our school. Volunteers help to reduce the number of staff we employ, keeping our prices as reasonable as possible.
We are always looking for volunteers to help in our school canteen and we want you to consider joining our team.
The canteen is open five days a week from 8am to approx 1:45pm. Most days we have two volunteers in the canteen and while it’s a busy day, it’s also a great way to meet other school parents.
If you or someone in your extended family would like to join our volunteer roster, we’d love to hear from you. Ideally a canteen shift would run from 9:00-9:30am for four hours, but any assistance you can give will be greatly appreciated.

Click ‘Register now’, enter your email and follow the prompts. You can then charge up your online account and place orders from any of your devices.
You can also set your account to top up automatically, eg Set to top-up by $20 whenever the balance is below $10.
Student Card payments
Student Cards can be collected from the Year Advisor once they have been signed for. Parents can link this card to their Flexischools account, allowing the students to make purchases at the canteen by swiping their card at the cash register. Parents can view their student’s purchases online and can set a daily spending limit on the student’s card.
Please be aware that any lost cards will incur a $25.00 replacement fee. These can be ordered and paid for at the front office.
