Thank You to the Year 12 Food Tech Boys who catered for our June P&C Meeting!

A huge Thanks to Clare Fitzpatrick and the Year 12 Food technology Class who catered so well for us at the recent general June P&C meeting.

We were treated to a wonderful selection of beautifully presented hot and cold food that the boys had prepared. On the Menu was a stunning selection of Chicken Vol au Vonts, Pappadums with Mango and Chicken, Herb Blinis with smoked salmon and bruschetta. Hot food included Arancini, Beef tacos and Chicken or Pulled Pork Bao buns. It was all rounded off with a delicious desert box of Berry Cheesecake, Lemon tart, caramel slice and apple Cinnamon cake.

It was all full of flavour and delicious and we all left feeling very full indeed. Boys you are welcome back anytime and we are happy to be your sample audience anytime. It was a wonderful showcase of the talented boys within Bally. Thank you so much again and the very best of luck with the upcoming HSC.
