Join us for the Bally Working Bee Saturday May 1st 2-4pm

Please join us on Saturday 1 May between 2-4pm for a working bee to focus on weeding and mulching some garden beds on the southern side of the school. Kids, parents, grandparents and teachers/staff all welcome. No gardening experience is necessary, just enthusiasm to help out and improve our school. Please enter via the top teachers carpark on Maretimo Street (on foot, do not drive in).

What to bring:

• Gardening gloves

• Trowel, shovel/spade, secateurs, pruning saw (ie the tools you see yourself/kids using on the day)

• Wheelbarrow/bucket for moving mulch

• Water to drink

• Please wear a hat, sunscreen and sturdy shoes (no barefeet or thongs)

• Newspaper if you have any (for weed suppression)
