A Huge Thanks for the Coffee!

A Huge Thanks to all the families that kindly donated Cups of Coffee to show our appreciation to the wonderful Teachers and Admin Staff for going the extra mile during the COVID Lockdown. We were able to supply a staggering 451 cups of Coffee which were prepared by lovely Sophie and her wonderful team at Café Trapani in Seaforth which is located at 535 Sydney Road Seaforth.

The remaining small amount of money will be used to provide a Morning Tea for the Teachers at an upcoming Staff Meeting.

From a Teacher at Bally we heard….

“Can I also take this opportunity to ask you to pass on to the P & C (from an anonymous teacher) how much it meant to us that they made the gesture of buying coffees for teachers.  The lock down was a challenging time for teachers and students alike.  The gesture of the P&C demonstrated to me that Bally parents appreciate that we, as Bally teachers, all did our best in unchartered circumstances to support their sons.  As a Bally teacher, I truly appreciate that, as the challenging period of lockdown reinforced, we have parents with whom we can work together for the education and wellbeing of our students/their children. I (anonymous teacher) feel privileged to work in such a cooperative and supportive school community."
