Please join us for our June P&C meeting on Tuesday 9 June at 7.30 pm. Once again it will again be via a virtual meeting rather than face-to-face.  Please find attached the agenda including a summary of Shark Tank expenditure, minutes from the prior two meetings, a draft Constitution and Rules of the Association and draft accounts for the financial year to 30 April 2020 for consideration at the meeting. 

If you are unable to attend the meeting and you are a paid-up member of the Association, you are still eligible to vote on adoption of the prior minutes and the new Constitution and Rules.  To have your say, please email secretary@ballyboys.org advising which motions you are voting on and your vote(s) for or against.  Voting by proxy will remain open until the close of business on Thursday 12 June 2020.
