Another P&C win

Late last year the P&C was awarded $50,000 under the NSW State Government’s “Community Building Partnership” grant program to go towards a new shade structure over the outdoor basketball court. The P&C will add another $26,000 in order to cover the full cost of its supply and installation.

The new COLA (covered outdoor learning area) will provide shade for our basketballers who have had to train in intensive heat and also create an additional all-weather learning and play space that can be used by all the boys. A new soft fall surface is needed to replace the current well-worn court which is quite deteriorated in places.

The COLA will be installed in the September school holidays just in time for summer
